- Blockchain Data: Wallet addresses and on-chain transaction records associated with your use of the Truvoy platform. This data is publicly visible on the Solana blockchain.
- Location Data: With your permission, GPS coordinates captured at the time of property check-in via the Truvoy app to verify on-site presence.
- Content Data: Images, videos, and associated metadata submitted through the platform in connection with campaigns.
- Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and other technical information collected automatically when you use our website.
- Communications: Emails, messages, or other communications you send us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and improve the Truvoy platform and services
- Verify content authenticity and on-site presence for campaign fulfillment
- Process payments and manage smart contract escrow
- Connect influencers, hotels, and travelers on our marketplace
- Mint and manage Journey NFTs associated with verified travel experiences

3. Social Media API Data
Truvoy integrates with Meta (Instagram) and TikTok APIs to verify that content posted by influencers is authentic and linked to verified on-site check-ins. Specifically:
- We access your public profile and post data only after you grant explicit OAuth authorization.
- We do not post on your behalf, access private messages, or collect data beyond what is necessary for campaign verification.
- You may revoke API access at any time through your Instagram or TikTok account settings.
- Data obtained from Meta and TikTok APIs is not sold to third parties and is used solely for platform verification purposes.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Hotel and Resort Partners: Campaign-relevant data such as verified check-in status and content performance metrics, as required to fulfill platform agreements.
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform (cloud infrastructure, analytics, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Blockchain Networks: Certain data is written to the Solana blockchain as part of platform operations and is publicly visible by design.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Truvoy, our users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Blockchain records are permanent by nature and cannot be deleted. You may request deletion of off-chain data by contacting us at the address below.
